PRIVACY / UPDATED OCTOBER 28, 2026

Initial inquiries

When you submit a driver profile, LTDT stores your name, contact details, home ZIP, experience summary, work preferences, notes and source attribution in its recruiting database. Authorized LTDT administrators can review these records to respond and discuss opportunities. Your submission is an initial inquiry, not a carrier application.

Your choice

The form asks for permission to contact you about your inquiry. Contact Odin using the details below to request that follow-up stop or to request removal of your inquiry. Do not include sensitive documents.

Application information

Do not include SSNs, license numbers or images, medical information, dates of birth or background records in initial inquiries. Carrier applications and supporting documents belong in the authorized application system, under that system’s policies.

Submission protection

To limit automated submissions, the site uses a short-lived hash of the network address supplied by its hosting platform to count requests. Raw network addresses are not stored in the recruiting database. Hosting providers may maintain their own access logs. Your contact permission and submission time are recorded with the inquiry.

Site operation

This version includes no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process standard access logs. The recruiting desk stores job records and initial driver inquiries on the server. A separate metrics calculator saves aggregate business totals in your browser.

Optional video and external resources

The optional AC/DC video player connects to YouTube only when you open it. YouTube may process your network address, device information and playback activity under its own policies. Closing the player stops playback and removes the embedded player. External resource links take you to providers with their own privacy policies.
